Parkinson Avenue with the closed portion of Pine Street.

City Engineer upon the f'ace of the plarui, epecU'1cat1ons, eet1.me.ttl!
of coete, diagram and assessment on file with the City Clerk, or by
filing ~mended copies thereof or amenr,mente thereto.
7. Change and modify the estimate of costs for said work and improvement to not to e~ceed $130,000.00.
