WHERKAS, one object~.on has been filed against the closing
of the parts of Pine Street above described, and more than ten
{10) days have el&ps~ after the exp1l"'tlt1on of the publ1ca.t1on
or aaid notice or the P88sage of said Resolution or Intention,
and the City Council has overruled the above mentioned objection

NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto DO
RESOLVE ae follove:
That the parts of Pine Street 1n the City of Palo Alto
hereinabove described be and the se.me are hereby closed ant'! vacated as a publ!c street.
The above and f'orego1n.g resolution wae duly a~ regularly
introduced am PBseee at e.n adjourned regt..11.ar meeting or the
Council or the City ot Palo Alto held on Mo1.lda:y, the 21Jth day
