'Which nevapsper -was ~escribed in ea1d Re8olut1on or Intention lo. 1536 by the Council aa tho off1o1al nevepaper in Which ea1d notice ehould be publ.iehed; and , WHERKAS, one object~.on has been filed against the closing of the parts of Pine Street above described, and more than ten {10) days have el&ps~ after the exp1l"'tlt1on of the publ1ca.t1on or aaid notice or the P88sage of said Resolution or Intention, and the City Council has overruled the above mentioned objection e.:n(I hae aCQuire~ jur1s~ict1on to order all of said vork and 1mprovemente e.s propoeed; NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE ae follove: That the parts of Pine Street 1n the City of Palo Alto hereinabove described be and the se.me are hereby closed ant'! vacated as a publ!c street.
