Resolution of Preliminary Determ1nat1on No. 1556 to construct
certain public improvements more particularly therein described

by the City Clerk by publ1cet1on and posting tor the time
a°' 1n the manner provided in aaid reaolutfon or preliminary
determtnat1on an:S Article I of the Palo Alto Improvement
Procedure Code, as appears from artidavite on file with the City Clerk;
'WHEREAS no written object10ll8 to the under-taking or sa!d-proceec!1nga vrEhout first complying with the
prov181ona or aa1d Investigation Act have been tiled v1th the
City Clerk at or before the time fixed tor said hearing by
persona interested, owning or having an interest in real property
v1th1n the proposed assessment district, bearing their aignatureo,
a description or their property, end a statement of the nature or
their interest therein; ant'l
