1/8'/; Series B, 1947, and to purchase out of the proceeds of
a&id ~edemption $123,000.00 in United States Certificates of
Indebtedness 7/5% Series B, 1948.
The above and foregoing resolution wae duly a~ regu-
larly 1ntr0duced a1id passed by the Council of the City of
Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 10th day
ot Febz•wu7, 1947, by the following vote:
