RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF PALO ALTO APPROVIDG
SECOM> 5UPPLIM!N'l'AL MEMORANDUM OP AORDMDT FOR IXPbDITURE OP
1/4 CENI' GAS TAJC ALLOCATED FOR STATE HICHl'llAYS.
'WHEREAS, the State of California, through. 1ta Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division ot Highways, ham presented a
second supplemental nemorand.um ot agr&ement in accol"dance with
a project statement submitted by the City ror e~pe.od1ture or
the 174 cent gaa tax ror the 1945-47 biennium allocated for
State highYays in the City or Palo Alto; and
'WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agree-
ment 1n full ~ is fe.m111ar with the contents thereot';
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council or the
City of Pelo Alto that said agreement for expenditure or the
1/4 cent gas tax allocated for State highwa1a be and the 8ame
is hereby approve~ end the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed
to sign the same on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 12th day of November, 1946.
