That the following ~escr1bed part of Wilson Street in the City of Palo Alto, between Parkinson Avenue and Harker Avenue, anC! more particularly described as r~llova, to-wit: Commencing nt the point of intersection of the northerly property line of Parkinson Avenue and the esete:rl:r property ::\,1ne of 'W'1lson Street, 8a1d point b.eing tho true l)Oint of commencement; the.nee westerly along the prolongation or the northerly property line of Parkinson Avenue a distance or 60 .feet; thence northerly along the 'Westerly property line or 'Wilson Street 307 feet to the southerly property line or Har Ker A venue; thenc,e eaa terly along the prolonga t1on of' the southerly property 11ne or Harker Avenue a distance or 60 feet; thence: southe:r•ly along the easterly property line of Wilson Stre~t 307 feet to the true point of commencement. Reserving to the City of Palo Alto from the above describe~ property an easement for the installation a~ maintenance of the public ut111t1ee of the City of Palo Alto, said reserved easement being more particularly describe~ as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the point of intersection of the northerly property line or Parkinson ~venue and the easterly· property line of Wilson Street; thence west- erly along the pI'olonge.t1on of the northerly property line of Parkinson Avenue a di!tance of 20 feet to the true point of commencement; thence westerly s.long oe.~.d prolongation a distance of 10 feet to the center line of Wilson Street; thence northerly along said center line a ·~1stance of 307 feet to a point on the prolong- ation of the southe1•ly property 11.ne of Harker Avenue; thence easterly along the prolongation or the southerly property line of Harker Avenue a distance of 10 reet; thence southerly and parallel to the center line or lrli.leon Street a distance of 307 feet to the true point or com.me ncement . be closed and abandoned.
