RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP OF T~.c-1' NO. 363 ~ DESIGMA'l'ED OREGON
Tl';RRACF., IN THE CITY OF PALO ALTO .AND ACCEPrING STREETS SET
FORTH 'l'KSRECN.
The Ccunc1l of the City 01' Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follovs:
That that certain subdivision map of Tract No. 363 1 commonly known and des1g~iated as Oregon Terrace, a sub-
division of Leta 16, 17 nnd 18, Beale Tract No .. 5, 1n the City or Palo Alto, dated July, 1946 1 as prepared by
L. Cedric .Ma~abee, c1v11 engineer, be a~ the same is hereby
approved and accepted by this Ccunc11.
BE IT FUR'I'.HER RESOLVED that Santa Ana Street, Santa
Barbai"a Street, S&nta Catalina Street, and that portion of
Oregon Avenue not heretofore dedicated / as shown on said map,
be an£! they are hereby accepte~ as public streets of the City
of Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the C!edication of
easements for utilities as ahovn on said map for the use
of public uUli ties be and they a1"e hereby accepted as Cle<Hcated.
The above and foregoing resolution 'Was duly arul
regularly 1ntroouced and passed by the Council of' the City
of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 14th
~ay of October, 1946, by the following vote:
