TORY" FOR THE PURPOSE OF ANNEXING SAID
TERRl'XORY TO THE CITY OF PALO ALTO.
WHEREAS, the canvaaa of returna of the votes cast at
the special election held on Tuesday, October 8, 1946, 1n certain
outs1Cle ter·r1 tcry, particularly deacribed in Or<Unance No. 1031
and in the notice or said election and designated in said or-
ainance ar~ notice as "Crescent Park #4 aru.1 Adjacent Territory",
having been complete~ by the Council:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto
DO RESOLVE, as follo~s:
That the total number of votes caat at said annexation
