Notice 18 hereby given that Mon:iay, the 14th day of October, 1946, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. at the Council Chamber of the City Councll of said city, in the City Hall, Palo Alto, California, be and the same 1a hereby set as the day, hour and place where and 'When any a.m all persona having any objections to the proposed work or improvement, may appear before said council and show cause vhy said proposed work should not be ca:c·r1ed out in accordance with this reeolution. Section 6. The Daily Palo Alto Times, a daily newspaper published and circulat~d 1n the City of Palo Alto, ot general circulation, is hereby designated as the newspaper in which the City Clerk or the City of Palo Alto shall cause to be publ1ehed in the manner and form required by law, a COP'J' ot this Resoluti.a.n of IntPntion, by causing eam~ to be published twice in said news- paper prior to the date Of the hearing Of Objections to the pro- posed work a~ improvement. Section 7. The Superintendent or Streets of ea1d city shall cause to be conapicuously posted on one side of each street between each tvo 1nters&ct1no streets, along the lilllJ or said contemplated work a1XJ improvement, notices of the passage of this resolution of intention 1n the time, manner am torm prescribed by law.
