APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
CONSTRUal'ION OF THE SOUTH PALO Aura TRUNK SEWER
LINE, PROJEC'r #46-5. AND ESTABLISHING PREVAILING
'WAGE SCA.LE.
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE ae follows:
That the plans and spec1f1cat1one for the construction
of the Scuth Pelo Alto Trunk Sewer Line, known ss Project #46-5
be 8lltj the same are hereby approve~ and ordered filed in the
office of the City CLerk of sa1d city.
BE I'l' f."UR'l'HER RESOLVED that the preva1l1ng vage scale
for per d1em wages to be paid to all craftsmen and laborers

herein approved by this council, as said scale ia contained in
said specifications, be end the same 1a he~eby adopted and
8pproved as the prevailing vage scale to be paid to such crafts-
men and laboreN1 for t.he "70.rk done unde-r sald plans end spec1f1ca-
tlon8 and the same is hereby J.ncorporated her·e1n by reference
to said pl8.ns and spec1f1cat1ons the seme as if 1 t were herein set forth 1n full.
The above and foregoing reaolu~ ion was duly end regularly
introduced and passed et a. :r•egular adj cu ~ned meeting of the
