WHEREAS,, P. M. Lansdale and Ronald H. and Ann o. 'Will1&JU,

NOW /1 THEREFORE, the council ot the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as tollowa:
That J. B. Blois Mayor, be and he ia hereby authori~ed
to eign a letter on behalf of the C1t1 Council to P. M. Lansdale
in vh1cn letter it ie to be $tated that in cona1deration or
P. M. Lansdale deeding to the City or Palo Alto a strip ot
lane! 10 feet v1de, fronting on Homer Avenue, tor atreet
widening purpoaea; thet said P. M. Lansdale ma7 keep upon
the property covered b7 said deed a certain warehouse Vhich
1a nov leased to the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company
for the p6r1od or the current lease, at the e~p1ration or which
ti.me said building is to be moved ott ot the dedicated property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to
e~ecute a similar letter on behalf of the City Council to
Ronald H. Williama and Azin G. Williama, his wife, permitting
the building owned by them to remain in ita present location
throughout its ueerul lite or until the same is destroyed or
ot.herviae moved. The strip to be dedicated by Ronald H.
Williama and Ann G. Williama, his wife, is 15 feet 1n width,
fronting on Homer Avenue for the entire length or their prop-erty.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed by the Council or the City of Palo Alto,
at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 10th day of June, 1946, by the following vote:
Beene, Bentrott, Bloie, Bolander, Bowden, Cashel,
