City of Palo Alto that eaid project statement be and it 1• hereb7
adopted aa the budget ot proposed expenditures ot the l/~ cent gas
tax allocated tor atreeta of major importance other than State
highways, and aaid agreement be and the same 1a hereby approved
and the mayor and the c1t7 clerk are directed to sign the same
on behalf or said Cit1, aa1d agreement to be bonding upon the
C1tr upon ita e"ecution b1 the authorized ot.f1c1ala or the State.
