1. Thnt the public convenience and nece8sity require
the improvements described in said resolution of preliminer•y determination;
2. That any and all objections and protests made pursua.nt
to aaid resolution of preliminary determination be an6 the
same are hereby overruled and denied;
3. That the improvements described 1n said resolution be
made urnfor and .:pursuB.nt to the provisions of the Palo .Alto
Impr::ivement Procedure Code more particularly referred to in
said resolution, and that the Special Assessment Investigation,
Limitation e.nd Majority Protest Act of 1931 shall not apply
to said proceed in.gs.
