AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEED.
The Council or the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
author1Eed to execute a Qu1t~l1m Deed covering Lot 3, Block
3, Hawxhurst Subdivision, which deed will quitclaim the C1ty•s interest to Sherman F. Schomberg.
The above ai1d f'o1•egc,1ng resolution vas Cluly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council ot the City or
Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 13th ~ay ot
May, 1946, by the following vote:
