The Council ot the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE aa follOYS:
Th&t that certain aub<'1v1s1on map of Tract No. 282,
commonly lcnovn and designated as St. Francie Terrace, 1n the
City of Palo Alto, Dated March, 1946, and prepared by James &
Waters, C1v11 Engineersi be and the same is hereby approved arul accepted by th1a Counc1 •
BE IT FURTHER .RESOLVED that 8t. Francia Drive, and those portiona of Embarcadero Road and Oregon Avenue not
heretofore dedicated, as ehovn on said map, be and they are
hereby accepted as public streets or the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, th.at the dedication of easements for utilities as shown on sa1d map for the use of
public utilities, and the parcel of land designated aa "Park•
in Block 360, as shown on said map, be and they are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing reaolut1on was duly and r~gularly introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the
Council of the City of Palo Alto held on Monday, the 13th
day of Me.y, 1946, by the follov11).g vote:
