RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING FIRST SUPPLE.MENTAL MEMORANDUM OF AGRBEME:rfl' FOR
EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CElf.r GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATE HIGHWAYS
'WHEREAS, The State of Cel1forn1a, through 1 t&
Department of' Public 'Wcrks, D1v1u1on of Highways, has pre-
sented a first supplemental memorandum or agreement in
accordance with a project statement submitted by the C1ty for
expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax ror the 1945-47 biennium
allocated for State h1ghvaye in the City or Palo Alto; and
'WHEREAS, the clty coWlcil has heard read ea1c1
agreemnet in full and is fam111ar v:Lth the contente thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolvei' by the City Council of the
City of Palo Alto that said agreement for expenditure of the
1/4 cent gas tn~ allocated for State h1ghvays be and the same
1a hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
<!1rected to sign the aame on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 13th day Of May, 1946.
