RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP OF TRACT NO. 286 IN THE CITY OF
PALO ALTO AND ACCEPTING STREET SET FORTH THEREON.
The Ccunc11 or the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain subdivision map ot Tract No. 286
in the City of Palo Alto, dated April, 1946, and prepared by
Thomas & 'Whipple, Civil Eng1neern, be and ·t.b.e same ls hereby
approved a~ accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Arcadia Place, as shown on said map, be and it 1s hereby accepted as a public street or the City or Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ t.he.t the dedication of
•Easements for Ut111t1es• as shovn on said map for the uee
of public utilities be and they are hereby accepted sa
c:le.:'11cated.
The above and foregoing reaolution vas duly ana
regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 13th
day of May, 1946, by the following vote:
