ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGfLEEMENI'
FOR EXPENDI'l'UIIB OF 1/4 CE?fl' GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STREETS

WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been presented
to be enter·ed into with the State of California in accord-an~e •1th a project statement for expenditure of the 1/4
cent gaa tax for the fiscal year 1946 allocated for streets
of major importance othe?• than State highways 1n the City of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agree-
ment 1n full and ia i .. amiliar vi th the contents thereof;
