Stanford Avenue ln the City of Palo Alto. be closed and abandoned. ·

cause notice of the passage o~ said Reaolution of Intention to
be posted in the form and manner r~qu1red by la~; and

WHEREAS, no objections have been filed a~einat said

elapsed after the expiration of the publication of said notice
of the PB!rnAge of aa1d Resolution of Intention, i.-nd the City·
Council hns a.cqvired jur·isdiction to order said vo:r•k and improve-ment as pr~posed;
