RESOLTJTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CT..ERK TO EXECUTE DEED
~"HEREAS, an offer has baen m&de by GEORGE MICHAEL SMITH
and ELOISE BRANN SMITH to purchase the Southeaeterly 42.5 feet
of Lot 4, Block 7, Hav}(hurst Subdivision~ for the sum of
'I'hree Hund.red a.nd Fifty Dollars ($350. 00 J cash;
NOW; ·rHEREFORE, the Council o'!' the City ot' Palo Alto
DO RESOLVE aa follows:
Tr...at the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to e~ecute a grant deed on behalf or the C1ty of
P&lo Alto conveying said property to George Michael Smith and
Eloise Brann Smith upon receipt of Three Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($350.00), leas real estate broker's commission
payable to tlle brol{er submitting the offer.
Th.e above and foregoing resolution vse duly t.1nd
regularly 1.ntroduced and paseed by the Counc11· or the C~ty
of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Mcooay, the l4t11
