RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEXD
WHEREAS, an offer b.s.a been rece1.ved from EMIL JOST
and A.NGELA JOS'I' to .Purchase :Lots 12 and 13, Block 2,
Sunnyside Addition, for the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) cash;
NOW. THEREF'ORE .• the Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE aa follows:
That the Mayor and C1ty C•erk be and they are hereby
a.uthol•1zed to exeCl.lte a grant deed on behalf of the City of
Pelo Alto conveying eaid property to Emil Jost and Angela Joet
upon receipt of Three Thousand Dollars ($~1 000.00).
The above an.d foregoing resolution va.s duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council or the C1ty
of Pa.lo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 14th
da7 of January, 1946, by the f'ollvwing vote:
