RE80LUT!ON AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY Cli!RX TO EXECUTE DEED
WHEREAS, an offer has b~en received from N. v.
GLAESER and GLADYS H. GLAESER to purchase Lota 6, 1 and 8, Block 2,
Bartley 'I'ract, tor the awn or Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($950.00) cash;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council or the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE &8 follows:
That the Mayor·and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to execute a grant deed on behalf of the City or
Palo Alto conveying eaid property to N. v_ Glaeeer and Gladys d.
Olaeser upon receipt of Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollara ($950.00).
'l'he above and foregoing resol·ution vaa duly and
regula.rly introduced .and passed by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto at a ~egul~r meeting held on Monday, the 14th
