The Ccuncil of' the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE a.e follova: . .
'l'hat that certain subd1v1s1o.n map of Tract No. 253,
commonly known a.nd designated as Embs.reader.:> Oaks No. 3, in the
C1t.y ot Palo Alt.o, datecl December, 1945, and prepared by
Edwin H. Smith, Civil Engineer, be and the same is hereby
approved an6 acoept~d by this CoWlcil.
BE IT FtiRT.HER i?ESOLVED, that Newell Drive, and those
·portions of Embarcadero Road and Seale Avenue not heretofore
··dedicated, as shown on said map, be and they are hereby
accepted as public streete or the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOJ .... VED, that the ded1c.at1on of
easements for utilities as shovn on sa1d map for the use of
public ut111t1es be and they are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution vas duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the City
or Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 14th
day of January, 1946, by the to1lov1ng vote:
