RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF EVERETT HOUSE
(CONDOMINIUM PROJECT) AT 360 EVP!Rm' AVENUE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto doea RESOLVE aa follows:
WHEREAS, a final subdivision map deaignated aa Condominium
Subdivision Everett House, at 360 Ever.ett Avenue, being a portion
of Lot 4, Block. 19, University Park, pr:ep~red by Faber Tan,
Civil Engineer R.E. 13824, received by the Engineering Department
September 14, 196~, haa been submitted to the City for its
approval; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palo Alto
haa neretofore approved said aubdivision map and has recommended
that it be approved by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that that certain subdivision
map designated as Condominium Subdivision Everett House be and
it is hereby approved.
