WBIIIAS, on the 13th day of September_ 1965. tbe Council of
the City of .Palo Alto did paaa and adopt Reaolution Mo. 3844 &ivin&
.notice of the propoaal to annex certain uninhabited territory to
the City of Palo Alto 1 said territory beina ther:ed.n deaianated ae
"Alma Street Aunexation", said llesolution d.eaeribiq the boundaries
of the territo~y proposeci to be annexed; and
WHIIIAS, said Resolution No. 3844 did contain a notice of the
day, hour and place when and where the Council of the City would
hear protests made by any p~raon ownina real property within the
territory proposed to be annex~d, the time of aaid hear!na beina
not 1••• than forty nor more than sixty days from the ~:te of
passace of said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, on tbe 25th day of October, 1965, at the hour of
7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Ball of the City of
Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of Californifl, said ti»a
and place being the day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution
No. 3844 for bearina protests to the said annexation. sa14
