AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3829 ADOPT~ A, BASIC
COMPENSATION PLAN SETTING FORTH ADMIMISTIATIVI
SALARY SCHEDULES

The Coun~il of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Administrative Salary Schedule attached
as Page 6 of EXHIBIT A to RESOLUTION NO. 3829 be and the same is
hereby amended as follows:
"Current salaries and ranges for ~ouncil appointed officers
without modifications:
