That the map of Tract No. 3031, being a subdivision of
portions of Lots 16 ar,\d 17 of the Maybell Tract,. Recorded in
Book. "K" of MapJ5 at Pa,gea 88 and 89, Santa Clara County Recorda,
prepared . .,by. Marvin w. Wolff, received by the Bnaineerins DepartlUDt
July 15, 1965, be and the same is hereby approved subject to the
conditions set forth in EnbJ.neering Bulletin 65-36.
BE IT FURtHER RESOLVED that all streets, portiona. of atreetl,
as shown upon said m.ep within said subdivision be &1\d the same
are hereby accepted as dedicated for public use subject to
i1DJprovement of. said streets in accordance with standards eatab:'.iabed
by the City Council and the City Engineer.
We also hereby accept for public use easements for public
utilities, aanitary or storm sewers, on or through the strips of
land lying between the front and/or sidelines of lots and dotted
linea .designated "P.U.E." {Public Utility Eaaement), "S~ s. B. "
(Sat\itary Sewer Easement) •and "S. D. E." (Storm Drainage laa•ent)
auch easement.& to be kept open. and free from buildings .and structures
of any kind.
We further hereby aCC4apt for public us'!, but reserve
exclusively for owners of lots within the subdivision th•t certain
strip of land one foot in width, designated as "1 ft. Reserve" arad
indicated by a dashed line, until auch time as thia reservation
shall be terminated by the Council.
