RESOLUTION NO. 3827
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
MISCELLANEOUS STREETS IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 62-5
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, ^.alifornla,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3741 of Preliminary Deter-
mination and of Intention, adopted by said Council on June 8, 1964,
and its Resolution calling for bids on the sale of bonds pursuant
thereto, adopted on June 1, 1965, notice of said sale has been duly
given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for receiving
bids for the purchase of said bonds, and said bids have been received
and publicly opened, examined and declared by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, 8a follows:
1. That all written bids received for th 'urchaae of said bonds,
excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby, rejected, and
thi.t said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold to
MASON BROTHERS
as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject
to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale of
said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed to have
said bonds printed forthwith, and that the same be immediately signed,
sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor
and upon the performance of the conditions contained in said written
offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is
hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.

T hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly paaaed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 14
day of June
196_1_, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Arbuckle, Arnold, Realize, Byxbee, Comstock, Cooley,
Debs, Dias, Flint, Rodgers, Rohrs, Rum, Woodward.
