RESOLUTION N0. 3826
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
MISCELLANEOUS STREETS IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT 110. 62-5
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and she is hereby, directed
to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued pur-
suant to Resolution No. 3741 of Preliminary Determination and of In-
tention adopted by this Council on June 8, 1964. Said notice in form
to be prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be given
by the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the various banks
and bond houses interested in the purchase of such bonds at least ten
days before the date of sale of said bonds. Said bids are to be re-
ceived at 11:00 o'clock A.M. by the City Manager on June 14, 1965
and reported to the Council at its meeting at 7:30 P.M. on June 14,
1965.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm of
Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly
approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance of said
bonds.

1 hereby certify that the foregoing is a fU11, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly pae®ed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 24th day of May
196_2_., by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Arbuckle, Arnold, Byxbee, Comstock, Cooley, Dabs,
Dias, Flint, Rodgers, Rohrs, Rua, Woodward,
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: Beahre, Porter, Zweng.
