A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND. i1ODIF1CATIONS
FOOTHILL ANNEXATION NO. 3

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution: No. 3819 of this Council ordering
'Jame, adopted on May 3, 1965, notice has been duly given of the inten-
tion of this Council to change and modify the proceedings under Resolu-
tion of Intention No. 3633 adopted on May 28, 1963; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all
matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were
fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. All protests and orjections be, and they are hereby, overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said
Resolution of Intention be made end had, all as more particularly de-
scribed and set forth in said Resolution No. 3819 adopted May 3, 1965.

Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting
