1, the Council of the City of Palo Alto did, on the

3815 to abandon an easement in a portion of Lot 15, Briaswood
in the City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of

WHEREAS, pursuant to said resolution a public hearing yes

WHEREAS, from all the evidence submitted to the City
Council of the City of Palo Alto finds that said easement as
described herein and in sold Resolution No. 3815 is unnecessary
for present or prospective public utilities purposes; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto does hereby order that said easement as des-
cribed heroin and in said Resolution No. 3815 ishereby abandoned
and subject to the payment of all costs of abandonment by
Clarence Minnerly, Post office Box 636, Santa Clara, California.
The City Clerk shall calls* a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of

Santa Clara County. Said resolution shall not be recorded until
all costs of abandonment shall have beet paid as stated above.
