A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND IIDDIFICATIONS
FOOTHILLS ANNEXATION M. 3
PROJECT NO. 62-8
RESOLVED, by the Counoil of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that the public interest, oonveni.enoe and necessity require and
that it is the intention of said Council to make ohanges and eeodi-
fioatione in the assessment levied pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 3633 adopted by this Council on May 28, 1963, to
change the amount of Diagram and Assessment No. 4-D from $58,187.25
to i57,484.78, and to modify the amount of Diagram and Assesane:;i.
No. 4-C from $40,860.26 to $41,562.73. The Engineer shall make
said changes an the faoe of the assessment roll,
NOTICE I3 HERSITY GIVEN that Monday, the Loth day of May,
1965, at the hour of 7:30 o'olook P.M., in the regular meeting
plane of said Counoil, Counoil Chambers, City Hall, Palo Alto,
California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where
said Council will oonsider the matter of making said changes and
modifications and hearing all protests and persona interested therein.
The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution to be
published twice in the Palo Alto Times, a newspaper of general oir-
oulation published in said City and the paper in whioh the Notice
of Improvements under said Resolution of Intention was published,
and to be posted on or near the bulletin board of the Council, and
to be sailed to all persons owning real property whose assessments
are increased, the first of said publications and said posting and
mailing to be at least ten days before said day of hearing

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a null, true and
correot copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 3rd day of May

, being first duly sworn,
That for and on behalf of the City Clerk of the City of Palo
Alto, and on Mai 14. 1965 , 1965, affiant mailed a copy
of Resolution No. 3819 , A Resolution of Intention to Make
Changes and Modifications, adopted by.the Council of said City on
Mav 14 , 1965, Montage prepaid, to all persons owning
real property whose assessments are increased, according to their
names and addresses as appear on the last equalized aesessment roll
for City taxes, or as known to the Clerk. Said resolution describe
the proposed changes in assessments and specified the time, place
and purpose of the hearing on said Resolution of Intention to
Make Changes and Modifications.
