RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF TRACT N0, 3890
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
That the map of Tract No. 3890, Country Club Estates,
being a subdivision of the lands of Malmgrsn in the Rancho El
Corte Madera, dated October 1964, prepared by John G. R. Clegg
Civil Engineer, be and the same is hereby approved subject to
the conditions set forth in Engineering Bulletin 65-4.
Ed IT FQRXHER RESOLVED that all streets, portions of
streets, as shown upon said sap within said $ubdivision be and
the same are hereby accepted, as dedicated for public use subject
to improvement of said streets in accordance with standards
established by the City Council and theCity Engineer.
We also hereby accept for public use easements for slope,
public utilities, sanitary or storm sewers, on or through the
strips of land lying between the front and/or sidelines of lots
and dotted lines so designated, such easements to be kept open
and free from buildings and structures of any kind.
