RESOLUTION NO. 3799
A RESOLUTION OF PAELIKINART DROCKPULTION AND OF MENTION TO
MAME CRANES AND MODIFICATIONS
MISCELLANEOUS STS MKPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 62-5
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that the public interest, oonvenionoo and necessity require and
that it is the intention of aid Council to mate changes and modi-
fioaviona in the assessment filed pursuant to Resolution No. 3741
or pre1iminaty Determination and of intention adepted by this
Council on June 3.-,1964, as subsequently modified, by increasing
the total amount of the assessment from $ 35,548.05 to
41,090.15 and by apportioning and distributing said
ssessment as increased according to benefits. The Engineer shall
ke said changes either on the face of the assessment or by filing
fan amendment thereto.

the regular meeting plane of said Counoil, Council Chambers, City
Hall, Palo Alto, California, are hereby fixed as the time and pleoo
when and where said Council will oonsider the matter of making wadi
changer and modifications and whether or not the public interest,
convenience and necessity require sueh changes and modifications,
and hearing all persona interested therein.
The City Clerk of said 0ity shall oause a copy of this resolu-
tion to be published once in the Palo Alto Times, a newspaper of
general circulation published in said City, and the newspaper in
hioh the Notice of Impravesant Under said Resolution of Prelta!*lar
termination and of Intention was published; to cause a copy thers4
of to be posted on or near the Council Chamber door; and to cause n
copy thereof to be mailed to the owner whose name appeared on the
last eivalised assessment roll as owner of real property within
said district, or as known to the Clerk. Said publication, post
nd mailing shall be completed at least ten days before the date
f hearing.
