RESOLUTION OF TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING TU2 FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 3928
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does =SOLVE as
follows:
That the map of Tract No. 3928, Briarwood, being a por-
tion of Lot 8 cf the J. J. Morris Company's Subdivision of
the H. 8. Loucks Tract, dated January, 1965, prepared by
George S. Nolte, be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets, portions of
streets, as shown upon said map within said subdivision be
and the same are hereby accepted as dedicated for public use
subject to improvement of said streets in accordance with
standards established by thw City Council and the City
Engineer. We also hereby accept the one foot reserve at ends
of streets designated as 1' Reserve and indicated by a dotted
line, until such time as additional land adjoining is accepted
for street purposes, at which time this reservation shall
terminate and be of no further effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all public utilities ease-
ments as shown upon said map as being dedicated to public use
are hereby accepted.
