WHIREAS the CoUDcil of tbe City of Palo Alto,
pursuant to call therefor, has receiyed bids tor the
aale of the City of Palo Alto Sewer Bonds of 19Z3,
which bonds are dated June 1, 1933 and consist ot
ntbety (~0) bonds ot the denomination of One Thousand
Dollars {$1,000o00) each, one-thirtieth (l/30} part
ot the princival at said bonds beina pa7able each
and eyerr yaar troa and after their date bear1Dc
interest at the rate ot 4t per cent (41-S, payable
aelli-armually J and
WHEREAS, tba Council did, at its aeetinl ou Mar 22, 193Z1 open, examine and declare publicly all proposals or bids received t~r said bondaJ and
WHEREAS this Council does bereb7 t1Dd that
the bid of WIEhEH & COKPJMY tor the par value of
said bonds, plus accrued interest and a premium of One Tbou~and Sixty Seven Dollars (tl087.00) is the best
bid atrered for said bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, tb1s Council does hereby order
that said City ot Palo Alto Sewer Bocds ot 1933 be and
the same are hereby sold to WEEDEN & COMPAIY tor the
sum or Ninety One Thousand Sixty Seven Lollars
($91,067.00) in accordance with its bid.
Upoo the pa7•ent ot said sum of aoney into the
treaaurr ot the Cit7 ot Palo Alto, the City Treasurer
is hereby autboria•d to deliver said bonds properly
executed aa directed by ordinance or this Council to

The above and foregoing resolution was duly
paaaed at an adJourned recular meetin& or the City
Council of the City ot Palo Alto bold on lay 22, 1933,
