Palo Alto as follows:
WHEREA5, it ia desirous for the cities of
California to endeavor to obtain a certain portion
of the r;asoline tax funds now being t>ec1d ved by the
stat~ and counties; and
WHEREA.S 1 the Lefi6ue of California Municipal1t·1es
is equipped to furnish the necessary assistance in
acquiring the information and data necessary to ma.'ke
such a division to the cities.
NOW, TH~REFORE, be it resolved that the s~
of $75.00 be paid to the Lea~ue of California
Municipalities fer the purpose of acquiring necessary
information and data that can be used by the City of
Palo Alto in obtaining the proper allocation of the
~asoline tax now being paid to the State of C~lifornta
and to the countie~•.
The above alld foregoing resolution wa.s July
passed b¥ the Council of the City of Palo Alto at an
adjourned regular meeting held on the 12th day of
January~ 1933, by the follo•1ng vote:
