RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES ON AGREEMENT COVERING
THE UAINTBNANCE Ot' THE PROPOSED SEPARATION PROJECT ON
EMBARCADERO RGAD.
The Gouncil of the City of Pulo Alto DO
RESOLVE as follows:
fhat the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute on behalf vf the C~.ty that
certu.in Ulaint.t:nance u~reement with the ~apartment of
Public works, Division of Highways, of the Stata of
C.!i111'orn1a, covering the maintenance of the
proposed separation project on Embarcadero Road, which
project is known and designhted as "WPGM 316" and is
to be constructGd with funds apportioned to the
Stute under the Emergency Relief Appropriation Act
of 1935.
The above and foregoing resolution wus duly
and regularly passed at u. regular meeting of the
Council of the City of Palo Alto held on Tuesday,
tne 12th day of November, 1935, by the following vote>:
