RESOLUTION RELATING TQ LOCATION OF' NIGifl' BASEBALl.
The C~Juncil of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the lighted baseball field be located in
El Ca.mino Park, subject to the following conditions:
l. 'I' hat all activities in connection with
said baseball field be discontinued at
10 o'clock p.m. on each evenina.
2. That scree~s to screen the field from El
Camino !teal ce erflct€1d at the cost of the
players, which sc~·eens are to be taken down after each gam~.
3. 'l'hat the policing of automobile parking
areas be done at the expense of the baseball players.
4. nlB.t if serious complaint arises from the ~spital, the matter will be reconsidered.
1'he above and foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto on the
15th day of May, 19~5, by the following vote&
