The Council of the City ot Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as tollowsl
That there is herebJ created an squ1paent fund to be set up in the accounts ot the Board of Public
Works by the Auditor and administered bf said board.
In tbis fund sball be kept the receipta or all aoneys
received tor rental or Board or PUblic Works equipment.
Expend1turea .. Y be made troa tiae to tiae by said
board for rep31rs to equipaent or purchase of new
equipment witbout approval or the C~tJ Council.
The Board or Public Works shall render to the Cit7 Council an annual report of the operation ot
5aid fund, said report to be made at th9 end of each fiscal year.

be construed to include the follow1na onl71 passenger
cara, motor trucks, trailers, .ounted ooapressora,
street sweepers, rollers, tractors and •DY other movins equipment used by the various departaents ot
the Board or Public Works for which rectal is charaed.
The above and foreaoiuc resolution was duly
passed by the Council of the City or Palo Alto at a
regular meetinc held on March 11, 1935 by the following votea
