GRAMTING TO THE PACIFIC OAS AND EIJ;CTRIC COMPANY
THE RIGHT OF USE OF CERTAIN STREETS TO LAY A GAS ~AIN:
Th~ Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That this Council does boreby grant unto the
Pacific Gas ar:d lilectr1c Company, 1ta aucceaaors and
aeslgno, the right, privilege and license of laying
one ll) six inch steel gas main along Embarcadero
Road, trom Kiddletield Road to Alma Street 1n the
C1ty of Palo Alto.
Thia grant of a.aid right, pri vilt1ge anc1
llconse is aubject to and controlled by the provisions
or the rreeholde~s' charter or the City of Palo Alto.
The above described gaa pipe is to be laid
1n accordar;.ce with plans and specifications there-
!01•, in tho office of the City Engineer j and under
the direction and auperv1.sion or tho City Engineer.
The above and foregoing reaolution was duly
passed by the Council of th~ City of Palo Alto at
an adjourned regular meeting held on the 24th day of
