EXTENSION OF TIME TO CONTRACTOR UNDER RESOLUTIOlf
OF INTENTION NO. 53"!:
The Council of the City or Palo Alto DO
RESOLVE as tollows:
Th.e.t the Strt>et Superintendent of the City
ot Palo Alto is hereby authorized to grant an
extension of thirty days time upon the contract
of the Oakland Sewer Construction Company to
complete the work of oonstruct1on or storm water
sewern under Roaolution of Intention No. 537 in
East Palo Alto Drainage District.
The above and foregoing resolution was
duly passed by the council of the City or
Palo Alto at a meeting held on the 24th day of
October 24, 1927, by the following vote:
