SALE OF FIFTY WATER BONDS OF 192& OP THE CITY OP PALO ALTO:
The Council ot the City ot Palo Alto DO RESOLVE
as followa: That
WHEREAS, the City Clerk es directed., baa
adve~t1aed for the aale of f1tty serial bonds o! the
City of Palo Alto of the denomination or one thousand
dollars each, all dated June 1, 1926, and bearing
intereat at the rate ot 5~ per annum, payable semi-
annually, and known as the Palo Alto Water Bonds or
1926, as.id bonds 'being nwnbflred 101 to 150 1nclus,ve:

WUEREAS, this Council, pursuant to said
a.dvertissn1ent for bids bls received bids or offers

Treasurer is hereby authorized to deliver said bond.a
upon receipt of $6, 019 .OO plus psr s.nd accrued interest,
the amount bid.
The above end !oreg-oing resolution was duly
passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at an
adjourned regular meeting held on the 24th day of
Ootober, 1927, by the following vote:
