The Council of the City of' Palo Alto DO
RESOLVE as follows:
WF.EH.EAS, the Plann:tnr, Commi:~s1on has
recommended a certain change of setback line on
Addison Avenue 1n Block 82, ~t and near the
intersection or Addison Avenue and Waverley Street;
and
WHEREAS, September l, 1927, e.t eight o'clock
P. M. was the time $et for the hearing of such
protea ts, before the Council of tht; City ct Palo
Alto, convened in the council room at the city
hall; and_,
WHEREAS, this Council did meet a.s aforesaid
in the council room in the city hall at eight P.Mo
on September 1, 1927, at which time the protest
of Haymond M. Ste.ger was pre.3en.ted against such

The above 9..nd foregoing re:solut1Qn was duly
passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at
11 regular meeting held on the 1st ds.y of September,
1927, by the following vote:
