The Council of the City o.f' Palo Al to DO
RESOLVE as follows:
WHEREAS, this Council has received plans
and specifications for paving of Waverley Street
and University Avenue, which plans and speo1f1ca-
t1ons were ad.Opted by the Board o:f Puol1c Works
on August 15, 1927 and recomnvmded to this
Council:
NOW THERl';~uRE, this Council does hereby
approve the plans and spec1f1cat1ona for the
paving of Waverley Street and University Avenue,
as !)repared by the City £ngineer of the City of
Palo Alto and approved by the Board of Public
Works.
The above and .foregoing rc.isolut1on was
duly passed by the Council o! the City of Palo
Alto at an adjourned meeting of the Council on
the 15th day of Augu.at, 192'7, by the following
vote:
