RESOLVED, by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto, that, in the mattor or the
application o! the Poninaular Railway Compnny
in its petition before the Railroad Commiasion
ot the State or Cel1forn1a, ~he Mayor of aaid
city, the·c1ty Engineer and the C1t7 Attorney
are hereby authorized to a1gn the joint
application on the part of the city, provided
that the Mayor, City Engineer and City Attorney
find that it is adviaablo to do ao and the City
Attorney tlnda that the appl1cat1 on is in legal
form.
The above and foregoing resolution
was duly pe.ased by the Cou11cil ot th.e City of
Palo Alto at an adjourned meeting held on the
