RE~OLUT.!ON EXTENSION OF TIJm OF CONSTRUCTIOJf
OP SEWERS ON WAVERLEY 3TRF.ET. -
The Council ot the City or Palo Alto DO
RESOLVE as tollowm:
That the City Engineer and Street Superintendent
of the City of Palo Alto is hereby authorized to
give an extension of t.Mirt7 (30) days time to the
Oakland Sewer Construction Company, under its
contract w1 th the St1•eet Super1ntendtJnt :ror th'i
construction of storm water sewers on Waverley
Street e~1 described in said contract and Resolution
ot Intention #523 of this Council.
The above and fo1•egoing res.,lut1on was
duly passed by the council or the City of Palo
Alto on this 29th day ot June. 192'7, by the
