RESOLUTION OF THE C OO'liCIL OF THE CITY OF PAU> ALTO
RELATING TO REZONING AND CHANGE OF SETBACK LINES.
The Cou.ncil of the City ot Palo ilto DO
RESOLVE as follows:
WHEREAS, the Council has reco1ved the
recommendation ot the 01t7 Planning Commission for
the ohAJ18e ot a lot in Block 21, 100 x 150 feet
o~ Waverley Street, trom the Third Residential to
the Commercial District; and has also received
a reoommendat1on that the aetbaok line on Hawthorne
.P.venue 1n Block 45 be changed to ll feet for '15
feet from Byron Street towards U1ddlet1eld Road,
the remaining frontage ot the lot to be changed
to 16 teet;
NOW, THEREFORE, this Council hereby directs
the City Clerk to mako the uec6saary publications
as provided. by law in the Palo Alto Times,, fixing
a hearing on said matter !or the 2nd day at May,
1927, at 8 P.M. in th~ Council Chamber in the City
:iall when and where all property owners interested
may be beard.
The above and foregoing resol1l.tion watt duly
passed by the Council ot the City of Palo Alto on
the llth day ot April, 1927, by the following vote:
