RESOLUTION O? THE COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE PALO ALTO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN POR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO REGARDING A
PORTION OF PARK ADJACENT TO 1405 HOPKINS AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commiasiori has conducted a review and on
October 29, 1980, held a properly-noticed public hearing to consider
amendment of the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE~ the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOI.VE as follows:
S~CTION t. The Council finds that changed conditions and the
public interest, health, safety, and welfare require that certain
amendment to the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan set forth in Section
2 hereof.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby amends the Palo Alto Comprehen-
sive Plan as follows:
Land Use Plan Map
Change the land use designation of the property
adjacent to 1405 Hopkins Avenue from Public Park
to Single Family Residential as shown o~ the map
attached hereto as Exhibit ~A· and incorporated
herein by reference.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of this
resolution will not cause any si9nificant environmental impact.

Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of Cali-
fornia, do hereby certify that at the General Election
held on November 4, 1980 a Special Municipal Election
consolidated t~erewith, was held in the City of Palo
Alto for the purpose of submitting Measure D to the
voters of said City;
That the official canvass of the returns of
said electicn was conducted by the office of the Regis-
trar of Voters in accordance with the appropriate pro-
visions of t.~e Elections Code cf the State of California;
and
