RESOLUTION NO. 5825
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMBNDING SCHEDULES R-1, R-1-FA, R-2, R-3, AND R-4 OF
THE CITY OF PALO ALTO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE ae follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12,20.010 of the Palo Alto
Municipal Code, Schedules R-1, R-1-FA, R-2, R-3, and R-4 (Domestic
Refuse Collection, Refuse Collection, Commercial Refuse Collection-
Special Containers, Collmercial Refuse Collection, Detachable Con-
tainers and Special Refuse Collection) of the Palo Alto Utilities
Rates and Charges are hereby amended to read as proposed in Sheets
127k, (delete 127.1k) 128e, 129k, 130e, 130-le, and 131i, attached
hereto.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of said
rates and the revenues derived therefrom shall be used only for the
purposes set ou~ in the Palo Alto City Charter, Article VII, Sec-
tion 2, entitled, •pubiic Utilities Revenue.• The adoption of said
rates is specifically exempted from the requirements of CEQA under
Public Resources Code Section 21080(b)(8).
